Overview: Work with system analysts to convert business requirement documents into functional requirement specification using feasible technologies such as Crystal Reports, OOP, .Net and SQL programming, including queries and stored procedures; implement and lead PeopleSoft FSCM application projects, including Asset Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Contracts, General Ledger, e-Procurement, Expense, Purchasing and Sourcing; analyze and provide fit gap details to systems analysts and technical lead in order to design solution for new requirement and production defects; perform PeopleSoft upgrade and provide status to delivery manager; assist PeopleSoft administrators in migrating changes across different regions; work with Oracle support and Microsoft support teams to resolve technical issues; and resolve production defect on a timely manner. Responsibilities: Qualifications: Requires Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus seven years of information technology experience (willing to accept pre-degree experience), including at least five years of PeopleSoft development and implementation.PeopleSoft upgrade; PeopleSoft FSCM modules, including Asset Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Contracts, General Ledger, e-Procurement, Expense, Purchasing and Sourcing; Approval Workflow Engine; Integration Broker; PeopleCode programming; Crystal Reports; SQL programming, including queries and stored procedures; OOP; .Net programming; and healthcare domain.
