Purchasing & Inventory Control Specialists
Do you have a background in inventory and purchasing? South Central Transit Authority (SCTA) is looking for the right individuals to manage the parts department for its Lancaster and Reading facilities. Each candidate will perform the ordering of parts; manage the parts inventory for all vehicles; and ensure proper procurement procedures are followed for the specific location of responsibility. To be considered for these positions, you must be a high school graduate or equivalent and have 5 to 7 years of experience in purchasing and inventory control. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and fleet maintenance software. Applicant should also possess organizational, written and oral communication skills.
