As an Inside Sales Specialist, your primary role will be to support the sales efforts of the outside sales person and various order fulfillment activities. A few of your duties range from processing orders to soliciting additional business from current customers.
We will invest in training, resources and guidance.
Qualifications and Skills
A successful Inside Sales Specialist candidate must be career-oriented, have initiative, ambition, and a strong interest and desire to learn the business from the ground up.
Additional qualifications for an Inside Sales Specialist position include:
- Computer skills, including data entry required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills with an emphasis toward customer satisfaction
- Ability and willingness to learn and multi-task in a fast paced and friendly environment
- High school diploma or equivalency, a college business degree preferred
- 1-3 years customer service experience, prior building material experience a plus!
