The Director of Access and Enrollment Services is responsible for a variety of actives related to student enrollment services. These functions include implementing procedures for advising, retention, and the delivery of programs and services for students. This position supervises multiple full-time staff and conducts annual performance evaluations. Serves as the primary point of contact for students with disabilities and makes decisions based on professional judgement related to academic accommodations. Directs and performs efforts to retain at-risk students. Assists with the implementation of the Clery Act including training, reporting, compliance, and participates on the Behavioral Intervention Team. Must travel as necessary to carry out job duties and participate in occasional evening and weekend commitments.
