This position will include:
New hire orientations
Assist with responding to employee requests/questions/concerns regarding various topics such as benefits, pay, etc.
Enter new hire and terminations
Other administrative duties as needed- create files, mailings, etc.
3-5 years of HR experience
Degree is required/SPHR is a plus
Be able to work independently/self-starter
Highly self-motivated and proactive work style
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
